Oatmeal Pancake Clean Eating Recipe
This is one of my favorite post workout meals. I just love how it keeps me satisfied and taste delicious.
What you need:
3/4 Cup Egg Whites
3/4 Cup Oatmeal ( recommended Steel Cut Oats)**
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder ( recommended Beachbody supplement)
1 tsp cinnamon
Grind Steel cut oats in blender combine with all ingredients. Pour desired amount into a warm skillet sprayed with non-fat spray.
** quick cooking oats work well.
